we don’t have a formal interview process especially, evidently we want to get to know a little about the INDIVIDUALS we are considering working with - however we are easy-going, we do this person, via e-mail/socials/video-chat etc.

WE DO NOT PERSONALLY CHARGE INDIVIDUALS WE ARE WORKING WITH ANY development fees.
however ALL CREATIVES ARE ENTITLED TO CHARGE FOR THEIR SERVICE.
WE DO try TO SOURCE strong COLLABORAtions that are beneficial to all involved less the fee. although this is by no means an easy task, individuals must understand that not everyone will shoot for free, especially those to whom photography is their occupation, they likely do not have the luxury of being able to test individuals for free.
whAT IS THE SWOON NETWORK?

Why did you decide to start swoon?.
scouting FOR OTHERS was VERY impersonal and restrictive, We REALLY wanted a more fulfilling experience with the INDIVIDUALS WE scouted AND SHARE IN THE JOURNEY, WE WANTED TO BUILD SOMETHING OF OUR OWN, MAYBE LEAVE A LEGACY, Swoon IS MAKING THIS A POSSIBLE.

both! wE SCOUT IN PERSON AND WE HAVE AN ONLINE SOCIAL-MEDIA PRESENCE @team.SWOON WHICH IS OUR MAIN ACCOUNT SHOWCASING OUR CURRENT TALENT ETC, SO YOU COULD BE SCOUTED ONLINE BY US VIA A PLATFORM SUCH AS INSTAGRAM or on the street, it must be noted WE ARE RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL SO IF WE DO APPROACH YOU IT WILL ALWAYS BE IN this MANNER. of course we each have our own active personal accounts, they are interlinked, and of course WE CAN MESSAGE YOU VIA OUR MAIN so you know it’s us.

we can spot an opportunist a mile off, although this has come from learning about how the fashion industry actually works - it enables us to easily discard away any nonsense immediately.
